Australian Privacy Act Notice
This notice describes how Kronos Digital Strategies ("Kronos") complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) when processing personal information for demand generation and outreach services.
Collection & use
Kronos collects business contact information directly from clients, licensed third parties, or publicly available sources in a fair and lawful manner. Data is used only for agreed B2B marketing purposes and never sold to unrelated parties.
Data quality & security
Processes exist to verify accuracy through enrichment and bounce monitoring. Security safeguards aligned to APP 11 include encryption, privileged access reviews, supplier due diligence, and incident response drills.
Access & correction (APP 12 & 13)
Individuals may request access to or correction of their information via privacy@kronosdigital.agency. Kronos provides responses within a reasonable timeframe and updates suppression registers as needed.
Cross-border disclosures
Where data is disclosed to offshore processors, Kronos ensures the recipient is subject to comparable privacy safeguards or contractually requires compliance with the APPs. Data residency options are available upon request.
Complaints handling
Privacy complaints should be directed to privacy@kronosdigital.agency. Kronos acknowledges complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve them within 30 days. If unresolved, individuals may escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
